    Prague experience might be ruined, horrible service from the staff

    The reception only works till 7 pm. If you need any assistance they will not be there. You can’t connect to front desk you need to go there to ask for smallest of things. On top of that, the guy at reception is super rude. My ac didn’t work for and it was 30 degrees all he said that he can’t do anything and you have to wait till tomorrow to get your room changed. He gave me a standing fan and said take it your room. This might help. However the city makes you feel good even though the hotel doesn’t. Its a 2 star hotel forget 4.
