Good hotel for stay

Our stay was really good. Hotel staff was professional and the buffet was really delicious. On top of it you can also get your money exchanged at the hotel reception and buy train tickets, now that's a real convenience.

Close to tram station

The hotel is close to the tram stop and away from old town. Decent room with basic amenities.

Poor Stay

No parking space available. No air-conditioning. No room service available, phone doesn't work. You have to go down and request them if you need something. Rooms are not same as shown. I wanted to cancel my second day stay, but could not. Go see the hotel and then book.

Poor facilities

The room was small and had no air conditioner. We shifted to another room by paying Euro 15 per night for the air conditioner but was not convenient. The room was L shaped with twin beds on either side. I had to change the hotel. The location was away from the main attractions for tourists.
