I feel the service excellent, presentation was really great and a sumptuous breakfast, very cooperating hotel staff. Cleanliness was nice.

Hotel is not 5 star rating. New hotel in mall. Like studios apartment types. Food is very very limited and even in breakfast no buffet system. So pay for breakfast is useless. Rooms are good in size. Near airport 15 min drive only. Mall is not working only 5% is occupied.

Hotel is not 5 star rating. It’s a studio types hotel. Only few rooms and part of sun city mall. And even the mall is not working. Food very limited and don’t take buffet breakfast. No buffet breakfast is available in property. Food is very very limited.

My stay at this hotel was a major letdown. The rooms were unclean, had a bad smell, and looked nothing like the pictures. The hotel claims to be 5 stars, but it doesn’t deserve even 1 star. The overall experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. Avoid it.
