It was a well maintained and clean space to begin with, the services are excellent, the only issue we faced was there is no free WiFi in the room, nevertheless you can obtain one at the reception for, I guess 50 Egyptian pounds.
It's placed very near to the pyramids and easily accessible to other places as well, the concierge services are excellent, ask for Mr.Jimmy preferably, excellent host.

Great staff, breakfast, location near Pyramids and good value for money. Spacious rooms and great property!

Though hotel name is Pyramids but it is far from actual Pyramids. Hotel is ok not Up to the level of 5-stars, all need to fix the furniture in the room.

Rooms were good but required a bit maintenance ... Everything seemed old and needed some rework. The shops within hotel had nice collection but overpriced items so bargain prices .. Staff was friendly but always looked for tips/bakshish
