The room was neat and clean and the bed was really comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The grounds were lovely and very peaceful.
Unfortunately the refrigerator was extremely small, and could barely hold a small amount of food and drinks.
The bathroom was very disappointing - the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the cold water tap in the bath/shower wouldn't work, and it was difficult to turn the water on in the shower without the bath tap running at the same time.
I stayed in one of the newer renovated rooms. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the rainfall shower.
My only issue is that I wish there was sheer blinds or tinted windows as you can see right into people’s rooms when the blinds are up (majority of rooms are on ground level).
Numerous people trying to check in rooms not ready poor reception staff copping rudeness. We paid $400 a night for a dated poorly cleaned room. Very disappointing.

The bathroom needs an uplift and there is enough space to make the shower standalone and modern. The buffet breakfast options were very poor and minimal especially compared to last time we stayed here and for that reason we will not be coming back again.
I actually mucked up my check in dates the staff helped me sort it out nothing was too much trouble and they were very kind

Carpets were smelly and daggy and urgently need replacing. Unable to open any windows to get fresh air.
Our employee is very happy with the comfort of the room.

Was disappointed we got there after 2 pm to be told to come back in 45 mins as room wasnt ready
When i went back our dedicated parking bay had been goven to someone else ans i was told again to come back after 4.30 pm to park the car not happy
Suited us as we were in town for an event held at the adjoining convention centre. Cozy room, quiet and safe.

Often cleaners are pushed for time and thats where
good management plays it part, l can recommend this accommodation for a comfortable night.
Clean and comfy. Staff are awesome. Breakfast has limited choices and parking is a bit limited in the area where we stayed but overall it was great and will definitely book again next time.

Wouldn’t rate it, grounds looked great but the room was not set out for our booking
We booked the room for sleep 3 adults, we were provided with 2 x bath towels and 2 x cups for coffee/tea.
The fridge was left with last persons medication in it as well
Great location and quiet. Beautiful grounds. Bathrooms in need of updating.
