    Very small room. No place for even 1 bag. Bathroom you can't even stand property. No water to drink. All you have to purchase, deposit for 2 days by credit card only. Will take 15-20 days to revert. No cash accept in deposit.

    Basic amenities were missing, no room service or help received from receptionist who were never available at the reception.
    No water bottles, no phone were available in the room, no dinner was available past 7 pm. Receptionist were never available.

    Actually, this hotel should be 3 stars hotel with shared bathroom and it is not enough toilet & bathroom in the morning. So you have to find other rooms around even in the other floor. Poor services by receptionist and far from any transportation (tram, bus, train). Otherwise it is basic hotel should be, so if you can find the other one better at all, then ignore this hotel.
