I enjoyed my long stay at chelsea. It is very centrally located, has very hospitable staff - friendly, polite and respectful! recommend it highly.

Awesome hotel, centrally located

A huge hotel, centrally located with shopping mall (Eaton Centre) just 5 minutes walk. A very busy hotel with lots of tourist. Rooms were clean and spacious. Enjoyed the stay.

Everything was perfect. Very near to my office place and I was so comfortable .. Rooms were clean and bathroom were maintained. One thing missing was in this much amount there was no complementary breakfast included which Since travelling to new place was difficult for me.

Would like to Thank Mrs. Sigee, the front desk receptionist for helping. An excellent staff. Would like to visit again. Also the location of the hotel is great. Also amazing views from the top 26 floors.

Excellent location. Center of downtown. Very clean and nicely managed. Value for money. Shopping mall, shops, stores and tourist places are very nearby, just at walkable distance. Good hospitality and nice staff. Rooms are slightly smaller than expected.
