Not sure why I was assigned to an ADA equipped room.
Since this was one night;I did not say anything.
Coffee equipment broke two mornings, had to change room due to refrigerator and TV, microwave not working this happened a second time also and I was able to get behind the microwave refrigerator and reset but they wanted me to change rooms for a third time.
My response was there’s no maintenance and since she booked through a third-party, there was no urgency.

Standard hotel experience. Decent location. Quieter area than other hotels down the road in the shopping district. Sink counter is a little small. Showerhead had adjustable flow nozzle but would not adjust for me, I'm assuming because most people don't bother to use it and so it was just stuck in that position. Front desk employees stay in the office at night so no one really around unless call them out from the back. Music plays constantly outside the elevator so recommend requesting room away from the elevator or you can hear the music all night through the room door.
I would go here if I am in town

All excellent except only gripe is that they said free WiFi- but when I went to connect it demanded a Hilton honors sign up. I already have a Hilton honors number but no login option, ugh. It was just a pain. Had they just told me at check in I’d have given my HH number and it would’ve been fine.

I arrived in o check in and was told the room was not ready to that it would be another 15 minutes and that I could wait in the lobby or get a call. I left to do some shopping waiting for a call and never heard back.
We stay here on a regular basis. Very convenient for our family
