The bed is very old and rusty the staff are also not helpful we booked room one month before this hotel but they didn't save room for us my fr d me different floor could meet after the exhibition i told staff please change our room but they told no more room my room is very small no sofa was there many things missing they not changed towels regularly bases we are trouble for breakfast may option but veg is very limited so not worth for india

Good clean nice rooms. Hotel in tourist area but near to the bund, station. East Nanjing station just 2 minutes walk away. Hotel staff spoke good English. From arranging taxi, sending courier to exchanging money, everything was a breeze at hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The service, the people, breakfast, ambience. Enjoyed the stay. The hotel is centrally located with 2 min walk to the Subway. Concierge was very helpful too. It has a pretty nice gym and steam or sauna room. Would love to come again. Appreciate the hotel gesture of upgrading the room. Everything was perfect.

Nice hotel on the east Nanjing road

If you want to stay in the middle of shanghai this hotel is best. Staff speaks English. Have money exchange. Will guide you well where all to go. And is on east Nanjing road so you just need to move put of the hotel to enjoy the streets of shanghai. All was good. Except they replenish coffee and tea only when you ask for.

It was very good hotel and excellent location. Staff was very helpful. Next time when I am in Shanghai I will stay here only. Check-in and checkout is also very fast. The biggest Nanjing pedestrian shopping strips is outside hotel only. Metro is also walking distance. It is perfect hotel for tourists.
