    Ill equipped rooms, indifferent staff

    Rooms were ill equipped. No glasses / mugs. Not even an intercom phone to connect with the reception. Room was super cold throughout the night. Poor quality twin beds (only recommended for divorce couples. No refills during breakfast. Indifferent staff

    Unfortunate stay

    Found the hotel very commercial. Uncooperative staff. The receptionist Milja was very unaccommodating. She gave me a room on first floor without a lift and I had lot of baggage. So she charged me 60 Euros more for room on ground floor and that too without a phone service. So if I needed anything I had to walk at least 500 meters to reach the reception.
