Family holiday in lovely beach location
We had a lovely week in this accommodation. The apartment was well equiped (but no conventional oven just a combi microwave) but tonnnes of plates glasses pans and a full fridge. The location is just a 5 min walk from the beach, shops and restuarants and there is parking either over ground (free) or underground (paid - think it is $8). There is a pool which was open all day.
We loved the area and enjoyed the sunsets which were stunning. There is a Carrefour at the edge of town for any shopping.
One down side was the internet which was almost non existant. This is just a watch out in case its important to you. We went to reception as signal was very strong there as had to send some work emails.
All in all this really is a lovely family friendly place. Its got limited facilities besides the pool but as its so well placed you can find these on the doorstep.

Although on arrival we were disappointed by the location of the apartment - it was at the back overlooking parked cars and other buildings so it was not really a pleasure to sit on the balcony which we had hoped to do.
However, on the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and bedding all clean. I took my own pillow and glad I did because they were not so good from a comfort point of view.
Overall, the shower was very good, the bathrooms functioned correctly, everything in the apartment was in good working order and overall the apartment was satisfactorily clean. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen.
By the end of the stay apart from the fact we would have preferred a nicer view say overlooking the pool we were happy with the accommodation.
Family trip to visit relatives lovey clean accommodation would recommend and stay again Grandson used the pool
Off season so not a lot open in Benodet but supermarket and Pizza take away nearby
Great option in town and by beach
Great location within a few steps from the beach and a couple of restaurants, in the middle of town, so very walkable. Not luxurious, but very good value. Studio last year, I upgraded to 1-bedroom this year, a huge improvement in space and comfort (not sofa-bed, but real bed, better bathroom and separate toilet). Staff is great, very friendly and very responsive to requests. I'll be back!

We booked this 2 days before staying and im so glad we did. The communication before was brilliant, the reception on check in and check out were really good. The apartment was perfect! All 3 kids loved it. The apartments were right on the beach and although there wasnt a sea view its a min walk which was amazing. The swimming pool was lovely and even though it rained on one of our days we still went in as a part of the pool is undercover.
The location is amazing for beach walks and paddleboarding/kayaking and we will definitely be back next year.
The apartment was spacious enough, and the area quiet. The patio was a bit small with not much of a view. The location was very near the beach and a selection of restaurants.
Fantastic position! B002 disabled unit not needed or requested, was adequate accommodation, but in need of a deep clean particularly of bathroom crevices which had mould build up over a long period of time & should have been carried out prior to reopening considering the Covid
epidemic! The beds were very comfortable & the kitchen clean & I am sure our experience was unfortunate considering the high percentage of 9’s & 10’s from reviews!
& the problem we have mentioned can be easily remedied!

Lovely apartment. Literally 2 minute walk to fabulous beach area and lovely walk to harbour 15mins. Some comments about peeling paint but only on the outside walls - inside immaculate.

We are coming back to this place.
There are four of us, two adults and two children. This place is fantastic for families. We got two bedrooms with bunk beds, perfect. Located right at the beach. No direct view of the see but it did not bothered us. Number of cafes and restaurants right at your door steps. Laundry is available for 4euro, 2euro to dry. Just bring your detergent. I would definitely recommend for any one going to this area.

lovely apartment, well equipped and very clean, direct private access to beautiful sandy beach less than 100 yards from the apartment. excellent restaurants and
bars close by, plenty of walks and a short walk to a small harbour with more restaurants and bars. an ideal place for young families and couples of all ages, we will certainly be back.
Easy to find. Friendly and welcoming check in. Free underground parking. Well equipped kitchen with full size hob. Bath and shower spotless. Sauna [very good] and pool a nice bonus. Steam room needs refurbishment. No booking required for these facilities. Beach and nice walks just minutes away. Would use again.
Wonderful location for the beach and town of Benodet.
Very clean and comfortable.
As a couple staying 3-days in Benodet and scheduled to eat out with friends every day, we found ourselves in a spacious two-bedroom apartment fully equiped with 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and living room. We had not realized this is a residence, not a hotel, meaning no cleaning services, no bed or towel changes. This was not too much of an inconvenience but we wished we had realized this before. We could not either print out our boarding passes for next flight as we were told by the accueil person this is not available.
Jardins d'Arvor are better suited for families of 6 who could enjoy better their facilities.
Although quite close to the beach, it should be noted there is no ocean view for any of the rooms. Our room had a large balcony overlooking the parking lot.

Clean spacious accommodation close to seafront, but lacking any instructions in English for the electrical appliances and no English channels on the TV.
There were no major complaints, but a few points;
1 hotel expected you to thoroughly clean room before departure or risk incurring a charge. No clean or fresh towels throughout 7 day stay.
2 othe guests seems unhappy about is having a toddler use the pool.
3 view overlooking carpark,
This hotel/apartments was nothing special and didn't meet expectation.
Would not recommend this hotel to families with younger children.
Beautiful location close to sea. Great to use the pool and sauna after travelling. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable.l.
When you book a holiday you never know what your place is going to be like, as soon as we arrived in our apartment we was very pleased with it, fresh crisp bedding, lovely and clean through out, it started our holiday on a very happy note.staff was very helpful when we wasn't sure how to use one of the appliance's.we woud not hesitate to go back.
Perfect location and superb rooms

The apartments are very modern and clean, with exceptional quality crockery, cookware etc. we really like the ability to book for short stays, rather than committing to one week which is the norm with holiday lets. Literally one minute from the great beach, cafés and bars, this is superbly situated. There were just the two of us but we had a huge family suite with en suite shower and wb plus a separate bathroom - this would be perfect for a family and we will be back with kids and grandson! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
