This hotel does not deserve 4 stars.
Many things were missing. No soap , no robe , no fridge , horrible room service , small and cramped and worse of all , I asked for CNN and BBC every day and I never got it. So I had no TV basically.
Had horrible loud people next door and it didn’t allow me to sleep for 2 nights.
lauren.partnerSep 09, 2024 We loved the comfortable bed and the fact the tv was very modern smart tv easily accessible with netflix. room was average size bathroom very nice. One problem we faced was the wait for the lift during the day, very small lift and only one available made it very tight and a long wait4. Overall we had an average stay but definitely wouldn’t rush to come back have i got another trip to paris as i wouldn’t say it is worth another visit. This is just my opinion on the hotel and understand some people may have different views.
daryl.partnerSep 08, 2024 This was our 1st trip to Paris. I choose Hotel Tojours for its close proximity to several sightseeing destinations and the Metro. The staff were all super kind and the breakfast - wow! It was amazing. Then we tried the private pool reservation on the last day - definitely very classy, clean - and they provided bath robes and slippers.

Clean hotel but the staff at the hotel is exceptional.

Great relaxing place to stay. It’s in a great area for walking, cute park next door, and a train stop just across the street. Host was friendly and always happy to help. We loved coming back to the sauna and steam room after days of long walks.
stella.partnerAug 11, 2024 The hotel is quaint and beautiful. Clean, nice size room and bathroom. New steam room, sauna and gym. It has a grocery store across the street, and a bus that will take you to the Effiel Tower. The metro is also close by. I loved it and will stay there again when I go back to Paris. Also, the staff is amazing and speaks English.

The location was well connected for the metro and RER.
The beds were large and comfortable.

NO POOL! Lovely hotel, though!
There's no pool. It's a large hot tub. Just want to put that out there because that's a bit of false advertising, as I had specifically put in pool for the search criteria knowing it was going to be 90 degrees in Paris during our stay. That is the only reason I took off one star.
That said, it's an AMAZING hotel in any case. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, well located, and super helpful staff. They were EXTREMELY kind and helpful when I lost my wallet in the metro. Amazingly someone had turned it in but I had already cancelled my cards so I had limited cash and the hotel was very kind and accommodating around my sudden budget needs. I'm very appreciative of the staff there.
Decent little place - convenient location.
Noce little hotel but the staff on reception had trouble dealing with simole requests. The curtain rail in my room fell off the wall in the noght. Despite the fact that i told someone first thing in the morning, it wasnt fixed or even looked at. I had to move rooms to a not-so-nice room which was distinctly smaller. Apart from, that it was fine.
