Excellent 👌👌👌👌👌. 3 Room was on top floor..too much heat

1. Tea kettle was lying in cupboard. Cups were available on table, but tea bag, sachet of milk sugar etc were missing. 2. Bulb was non functional on side lamp. 3. Lift was out of order. 4. At breakfast buffet, using bowl instead of ladle for dispensing of curd. No tongue was placed for sandwiches, server not serving water to gusts. Poorly trained staff. 5. Took 30 minutes to repair tv. Many channels were not available.

It was business stay, room was very comfortable, location was very good and nearby to the flyover, hotel services and staff behavior was very nice. Ambiances and amenities was also very good value for money stay. Suggested to all.

It was business stay, location was not convenient, hotel services was average and staff behavior was courteous, interior facilities, ambiances and amenities was also not up to the mark. Not suggested to others.
