Good past experience but slowly degrading

I selected this hotel on the basis of my past stays and the excellent time with good rooms, courteous staff and lovely delicious food. This time the room failed me. They had some work going on the top floor and they kept denying it and also went to cook up some story about a noisy guest. Later we found out that they were doing construction of kitchen area or such and that too as late as midnight.

We stay here with group of friends, hotel located near to Abu road junction on Palanpur highway also hotel rooms are very spacious & clean & staff is also very friendly. Overall very excellent stay.

Overall experienced is great, love it.
Best hotel with good staff and nice restaurant. Well maintained, cleaned and ambiance is also so great. Highly impressed. Searched over MakeMyTrip and booked. Had a great experience. Thanks.

A great stay but for small challenges

Awesome stay in total. Supportive smiling staff. The best food I have had in a long time. Comfortable stay and service. Only down side was I was not aware that I had to inform for the room to be cleaned else they don tit on their own. Also Wi-Fi was not working due to some issues. Overall I loved my stay and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good stay at Abu road.

Receptionist is very polite behaviour person. Clean and hygenic rooms. Fast and nice service. The food was really good. I give 5 star to this hotel.
