Terrible Stay

Very poor experience. The room i booked i didn't get. They said that all rooms are booked. Then they asked me to update my room or else they can't do anything about it. So i updated my room and it costed 500 rupees. But the room was not good. The ac, tv and the telephone was not working. So overall this was a terrible experience altogether. I don't recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

Good business hotel

Ginger agartala is at startegic locatioin and recently renovated property. The room size is ok. Short stay business purpose is ok. Front office, house keeping, room facilities is as per normal ginger standard. But little bit costly than expectation. Food is also very tasty and quality. But the manu is again costly. Over all good experience,

Ginger hotel need serious renovation, i have been ginger customer for long time, breakfast is excellent though, probably they need to introduce tiprasa local food too for traveller to taste

Stay was comfortable a person should be there to monitor to see that eatables are available during peak hours of dinner time and to attend guests if required

Poor Stay

I booked from 2pm but we will wait and get rooms after 3. 30pm. When we will be late despatch from the rooms, the hotel will charge an extra amount for extra hours. They were provided a room more then 1. 5hr late so that they also gave me an extra discount for late delivery of rooms.

We had to wait for almost one hour there after giving the ids they said that the rooms are getting cleaned but the took 1 hour. And we had to wait there 1 hour after giving the ids to check in this is terrible. They don't care about our times.

Okay rooms. Overpriced food. Slow work at the reception.

The breakfast was not great. The location was okay. The food was overpriced. The rooms were clean but someone had a room that stank of cigarettes. The services were okay. It took forever for the reception to check us in.

The hotel was affordable, the staff was friendly and cooperative, and the location was good. However, the bathroom paper towel and toiletries could be better, and the water heating was slow. & food are expensive but not that much tasty as per price. The rice was not properly boiled. Ac is not working properly

Didn't provide room as per booking dinner served at 11. 15pm, because they forgot to serve the dinner. At night 11. 45pm toilet was flooded with dirty water & stool. After calling so many times housekeeping staff came & after 1hr they shifted me to another room.

Overall the place had a good ambience. The breakfast offered was also great. The staff was very prompt in giving the services. Keeping the washrooms cleaner and better is an area that can be worked upon.
