No one at reception. Did not get the rooms for 1 hour. Had to fight to get room. It was like dormitory and then on convincing for another 39 minutes got the right room. No water bottles. Pathetic.

All were ok like rooms were well cleaned changed towels and soaps regularly all have been taken care of and foods specially were tasty and pretty much satisfied one

The property is located centrally in the city at the top floors of sentrum mall. The service, food, staffs and the room are all satisfactory and meets ir needs. Over all value for money.

Everything was good. But if you need good internet for working purpose, then it's not the good place to live in. Wifi was very poor, i was not able to work properly when i needed the internet.

Good and staff are very much experienced. Only need some changes in breakfast menu as it is very limited.

Room are big but cleaning are not proper room bed are not up to mark bathroom are terrible. They provide muddy water in bathroom breakfast terrible

Last staying at haven intercontinental was good, but not i can say excellent. Because they have to improve some areas like service and cleaness. But if customer ask anything, then they provide otherwise, dont. It's not good.

It is not upto the mark. In my first day i found the toilet hands spray not working. In the evening they changed my room. But in the next day morning when i went to use the toilet hands spray in the early morning i found hot water coming out from toilet hands spray. In the early morning i checked out and thus i could not report the same. In my opinion the house keeping is not in order. Further as the hotel is on 5th & 6th floor and in all floors there are public shops, it is very difficult to look for vehicles when one is to check out with luggage. In my opinion, the hotel is not a good choice for one who goes there with luggage

Hotel rating is on average, maximum rooms doesn’t have windows, suffocation issue will be there if you will not use ac. Staffs are very helpful, food is also good.

It's a dirty hotel. Foods are also bad. Breakfast is awful

Location is poor. I liked one room but the hotesl was unable to rectify the curtain problem in that room throughout my stay in the hotel.

Although the breakfast was supposed to be free it was pathetic. There was no variety and same menu was repeated for four days.

It is a nice hotel, right in the middle of a busy shopping area, above a shopping complex. Courteous staff. Wonderful view from the rooms.
