We have booked sonartori hotel for 1 day and we have requested them to continue our stay for next 5 days, as we were in agartala for the judo competition of my daughter. We have requested the hotel management to book the hotel for next five days, but they said they cannot book for another day. You have to book hotel at more price now.

We had to wait for extra 25 minutes for check in because of there rooms were not ready. Tv was not working. And by the time of checkout they make the false charge of drinks that we don't took from their service.

Good location and well mannered staffs. Food quality is very good. Only issue the hotel requires an uplift in respect of furnishing and bathrooms as the hotel is little old

i booked a room with queen bed, but while checking in, they told us to take another double bed room, as our room wasn't ready and they need more time to clean it or whatever else. somehow i found this quite disturbing. rather than this, everything was nice, the ambience, their behaviour, the housekeeping was nice and attentive, the room quality and cleanliness 👍🏻

The location of the hotel is at a very convenient centre of the city about 10 to 15 minutes distance from the railway station. We had a wonderful stay in. All the departments of the hotel are well maintained. The hotel staff is friendly and services prompt. All the rooms are clean and spacious. Toilets are clean and well maintained. It is a family friendly hotel.

Whenever i visit agartala, i always choose to stay in this property. Location of the property is very convenient. The rooms are quite tidy and spacious. The staff is also helpful. The complimentary breakfast spread is commendable.

Room service, room, reception staff, house keeping is absolutely terrible. Most unprofessional, untrained, lazy. Slow down not doing their work properly. General manager also must be worthless fellow i request all travellers with folded hands that never ever think of staying at hotel sonar tori. Make my trip nowadays are showing this types of hotel in there app which also worry full.

Good location, well connected, staff behaviour was good but food quality is terrible. Washroom could be better at this price range. Also night lamp was unavailable. Alot to improve on quality of food.

It's a budget hotel for stay with all amenities and spend a time for vecation. Food was excellent and the outside views also nice.
