Ok ok. Rooms & amanities are not well cleaned up. Taps rusty, bed sheet fell like used, furniture like very old. Exterior avergae.

Good service and supportive staff. They give ac, tv, almirah, electric kettle and shower also. Food quality was good. Best location nearby agra cantt railway station and taj mahal. You can locate this property on google map.

Recently stayed at the avalon taj hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards. The washroom and bed were not clean, and the furniture was extremely dusty. The room service was average at best, and i was given dirty towels to use. Additionally, the tv was not working properly, which added to the frustration. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are unhygienic and bed sheet was also not washed smelly room. Bathroom was also in bad condition.

The rooms have cockroaches. The bathrooms are old and dingy. There is no drinking water, toilet roll, kettle in the room. No wifi. No telephone connection within the hotel itself.

Location is good. Due to heavy rush of tourists in the hotel crew attention was lacking. Needs a lot to improve on housekeeping. Good budget hotel.

I can't explain how terrible it was. Most of information is false. Photos are old or modified. I came on 23rd dec, they provide a tawal like blanket. After several requests the provide a blanket worst than train blanket. Water is continuously leaking from commode and tap. You couldn't understand who is staff and who is owner. All are unprofessional. Most importantly, after several requests at 10 pm they give us half bottle ro water for drinking. Food is rather more terrible.

Hotel location wise good, found cockroaches in the room. Earlier they gave room in that bathroom was leaking then they changed the room that was better. Need to maintain the hotel bathrooms.

We have been booking hotels for our holidays for may years now. This was our worst experience. The stay at this hotel was terrible. The condition of the room and bathroom was bad. The bathroom specially was the worst with stained and broken fittings. We had booked for two days and we had to cancel one day because of this. The stay was a total waste of money and staff were rude and discurtious. We have not pictures as it was not worth remembering.

Washrooms were not clean plus they did not provide body lotion in toiletries. Otherwise it was a good stay. Food was good. And staff was fine

worst stay in agra in this hotel avalon taj. staff are very rude, food are very dispointed, room nd toilet are not clean, tape water leakage, no hot water, wifi not connected in room only avaliable on reciption area.

Food was good both breakfast and lunch was good. Room was good but in bathroom flush was not working. Tap was leaking and all over water was there on the floor. Bathroom door could not be shut properly, not locked.
