Good stay, neat and clean, staff are cordial, breakfast was good. The deluxe room ( king size bed )was small, no view from windows as promised. " complementary beer 1 pint " as mentioned, whereas the property had not promised this as complementary. Pl delete this feature.

Not good experience at all. Lots of mosquitos are there. Upgraded room (done at check-in time) was not up to the mark.

I had the pleasure of staying at courtyard by marriott agra for one night with my family, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. A special mention goes to shivani from in-room dining, who was incredibly cooperative and ensured that all our needs were taken care of with utmost care and efficiency. Her friendly demeanor and prompt service truly made a difference. I would also like to express my gratitude to the general manager for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The personalized attention and thoughtful gestures added a special touch to our visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. Food was awesome, the overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming, making it a great choice for families. Thank you to the entire team at courtyard by marriott agra for such an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting agra and look forward to returning in the future!

Overall it was a good experience apart from the following - waiting time at dining due to unavailability of tables, had to call multiple times for a specific issue like extra quilt required or tv remote not available. I think maybe in peak hours there was some delay in services.

Bit disappointed at this marriott property

We have stayed in courtyard and many of marriott properties, so naturally we have reasonable expectation from all courtyard marriott properties. Unfortunately this property is one a notch low in comparison to other marriott properties. Hope they will work to bring back glory.

The staff here is courteous. But they are heavily pressured for no reasons. No complimentary fruit/cooky basket. No welcome drinks.

I do not recommend staying at courtyard marriott agra. It’s far from worth the cost. The rooms were not clean, and the service was extremely disappointing. I had to wait 40 minutes just to get basic toiletries and another 45 minutes for assistance with my luggage during checkout. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and outright rude. When i shared my concerns with their manager about the terrible experience, he simply smiled in an inappropriate and dismissive manner. Think twice before choosing this property. There are much better options in agra for a comfortable stay.

Very bad service, when need any service we have to call multiple times and and for birthday celebration i had a word on phone call with mrs gautam for complimentary cake she said you will get and after multiple calls there answer was we are checking and at last nobody response on the call

I am now a member of marriott bonvoy. Staff very courteous, hospitable chefs- amazing wonderful, they make sure to take the customers opinion. My experience has been great especially chef vicky. Such amazing food, he made sure i was fed as per my taste. Cleanliness- great, housekeeping staff- a big hurray. A special thanks to puspendera. All in all, a high recommendation.

Hotel interior and look is giving essence of the city and culture. However, breakfast menu is well crafted. Also, location is very nice. If someone need to have vague food in near by then also other option available at walkable distance.

I booked two rooms, went to the hotel at 2pm i got first room at 2. 30 pm while the other was given at 4pm. Very poor checkin experience. Staff was irresponsive at all the requests. We were travel-ling with two infants. Room ac makes too much noise due to poor design of airflow and size of rooms is comparatively very small. There is no sound proofing as i could hear tv from adjacent room for very long time. Feels like it's a fake radisson property. Any 3 star hotel would do better.

The stay at marriot agra was brilliant, no hassle at all, the rooms were booked. Earlier we were given city view rooms, on request they converted to park view. That was great hospitality from marriot. The buffet was great, we had booked for dinner and breakfast through mmt. Great work mmt. Best price and value deal.
