Its not a typical hotel. There are some rooms with banquet hall. Its like a lodge with little assistance. Not at all worth.

We stayed for 1 night with our special need students there. Rooms were spacious and relatively clean, bed were comfortable with clean bedsheets and blankets. Washrooms were also spacious but not cleaned properly some of them were also stinking. Room service was very poor. There was delay response for every query. Biggest letdown was quality of food, it was very poor including both dinner and breakfast. It seems they were serving us food from the wedding catering which was happening same night.

The pricing of tea was very high and very few options in breakfast were available along with that the early check in request was not entertained but the rooms were spacious with warm water available and tv working properly

Breakfast starts at 9:30, telephone doesn’t work in room to call reception. Room is not maintained well. No cleaning service. Gyser is not working properly.

Pros the property is sprawling and every suite is very spacious. It feels like a 1 bhk home when you go to spend your time. The rooms are luxurious enough. There is a small gym. Ample car parking space is available. It is close to the station, agra fort and taj mahal. Staff is polite. Cons: food and restaurant facilities are very basic. Options are somewhat restrictive though items are listed in the menu card. However this is not a major problem. Breakfast buffet needs tobhave more options. They had at max 8-10 options including bread, butter and jam. A limitation is however there, when one wants wifi in the room. This is very poor. Only some common places have wifi. This should be fixed asap.

Room was not proper clean on checking in reception staff was so rude. To many mosquito in the room. Need to improve in terms of room linen. Tv was not even working. Water was to salty in the washroom can’t take shower with that water. Not provided mineral water bottles in the room.
