While check in i received coupon for breakfast and while doing the breakfast in the morning a person came and said in front of everyone around that your breakfast is not included, even i asked the receptionist twice about the coupon and replied that it is included

Room was not spacious. Property also not well maintained. Food quality is good but too too much expensise. Reached at hotel around 10:30am but did not get the checkin before time even many persons made the checkout

The location is excellent if you are visiting to see the taj mahal. I opted for breakfast and dinner and both were pretty good. Amenities were ok and service was not good.

Stay was very comfortable and the team was humble as well mugh-chi restaurant food was delicious the stay would feel complete if my request for late check-out was fullfilled, but even though i have no complaints with them keep up with your kind hospitality and all the best to the team ahead

This happened a nightmare for my family. A worst, terrible, and pathetic hotel i have ever seen in my life especially when talk about a suite room. What the staff they have appointed, they are mannerless, very casual as people are staying for free. No proper parking there, room was stinky, blankets having dirty stains, bathroom was like not opened for 3 to 4 months. It's a serious issue if mm t is offering this kind of option on a very expensive note. Staff in cafeteria did not bothered anything. They were like ki bhai hum yaha kaam karne thode hi a aye he. Seriously. No corner they left for their appreciation. This hotel is big no for them who book hotels on the basis of reviews.

Bed was old and was defective. Had backacke in the morning due to uneven surface of the bed of which the centre portion was having a dip.

Over-all average stay. Taj view room is a fishy thing. Breakfast is good. Location is nearby to tajmahal and agra fort.

Pathetic hotel

Ac temp couldn’t be controlled. Taj is too far, basically so you can only see its upper tomb that too very small due to distance. So it’s not taj facing, it’s a lie. Prices are high and great taste not delivered. Room size are very small. Rooftop party music comes in room and disturbs till 12 in night. Staff is always waiting to get some tip.
