The room is not cleaned bed sheet and blanket like we go to barat get some kind of dirty blanket i got there, there is no geazer resturent washroom is better than this hotel.

The hotel was good enough. But the bedsheet and pillow cover could have been cleaner. The tap near the toilet seat didn't work. And a lot of small insects kept popping up in the room all night. Also, the ac spewed dust particles. So nice hotel, but a little lax when it came to hygeine.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

No food or beverage in the hotel to order even soap was very small and useless, bad. Pillow and bedsheets were very dirty and they didn't changed even after saying also ac was not working. So bad experience it was. Bad service

Room was smaller than a bathroom. The bedsheets were so dirty as if they have not been washed since eternity. Same was the case with bucket & mug in the bathroom. The owner refused to give tea (after agreeing to pay for it) even though he had a tea machine at his reception. There were rats everywhere and one rat even came into my room via the air conditioner (which wasn't even plugged in. The fan made more noise than a diesel generator and its regulator also didn't work. In moderate winter, i had to sleep with fan at level 5 speed. The window was broken and i had to stuff rough cloth in it so that mosquitoes and lizards do not make their way in. There was no facility of drinking water. Everything written under facilities on makemytrip listing is a lie. This is not human conditions to live even if the listing was free of cost. The only convenience is that the hotel is pretty close to agra bypass. So autos are easily available just outside the hotel from bypass to & fro. Nothing else to write about. No
