Property location is excellent. Food was good top floor taj facing dining and music was very good. Room services and staff was good. Rooms are a bit smaller and lack carpeting for the winters. Overall, very good value for the money hotel.

Perfect stay. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were good. The roof top restaurant was good food quality was average. Rooms are average. Best part is near location to taj mahal. Pool is on roof, well kept, roof view of taj mahal is great.

It's an average hotel but named as resort and cost as resort but not worth for it. The good thing is, it's located nearby tajmahal and so we can just reach tajmahal by walk. The service of the hotel people is great. They made the requests completed immediately. Breakfast buffet is good. The service is also polite and good. The amenities of the hotel are very old. Everything is rusted and looks old. The price they charge for this hotel is higher. We stayed in trident we're the price is 4k higher than this, but everything was great. If the price is lower then it will suits for what we pay.

The hotel is near the taj mahal, which is its only advantage. The restrooms are not clean, and the food is bad. I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Terrible Stay

1. The rooms were damp and smelling very strongly when we entered. On request, the staff did their best but all in vain. The unbearable smell remained throughout our stay. 2. We were 5, me, my spouse and 3 kids(kids age:13, 15, 16. Even than i had booked 2 rooms clearly stating: 5 adults, 2 adults in 1st room & 3 adults in 2nd room. But the room that was allotted was extremely small for 3 adults to fit in. After putting the 3rd bed there was no space left to move around. When i asked about the same thing the gentleman on the reception said this is what we have! after a heated argument he provided us a suit room with extra charge. When you don't have a room to accommodate 3 adults why do you accept the booking of 3 adults? 3. Even the breakfast area was smelling so badly with dampness. The only reason i had booked, was because one agent recommended that it's the nearest property from tajmahal. Property is very old and not maintained

Location is great. You can actually walk to the taj mahal east gate. And the terrace offers a partial view of taj which is great. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Only the rooms appear a little cramped and small for the price paid. Breakfast buffet is great. For entertainment, there's live music at the terrace but sorry to say, your singer is a little out of tune. Overall a great stay. Staff is courteous. There's parking at the property itself

It was very pleasant experience. Hotel staff and car driver was also very good behaviour. Looking taj mahal from your hotel rooftop was very nice to see. I wanna share some opportunity of improvement like room maintenance, food quality and house keeping also. Otherwise everything was fine and nice to stay here.

Good location near taj. Nice stay. Nice ambience and clean rooms. But swimming pool was not suitable for kids.

We had a fantastic stay at hotel taj resorts. It is situated just a few walking distance away from the iconic taj mahal. The hotel offers a wonderful complementary breakfast for all types of visitors from vej to non-vej, with diabetic to non-diabetic. The service-staff are extremely polite and attentive and the management is great, specially mr. Danish runs everything smoothly. I stayed with my family and it was a happy and memorable stay which is highly recommendable!

Very good rooms, very courteous and helpful staff, good food served by restaurant. However, we feel there is need for slight improvement in buffet breakfast served by the hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at taj resort. As soon as we reached we were welcomed by refreshing drinks. The hotel room was spacious and was able to accommodate people. The room service was prompt. Overall a pleasant stay

Great food but not suitable for elderly / mobility impaired people. Steps have handrails on both sides but are blocked by potted plants.

Location is very nice walkable to taj. The rooms were clean ang good. Average because we were given underground rooms with no air circulation and natural light

I was two nights at the hotel and i was 100% comfortable. The roof top, food and live music was the best! the pool was delicious and the hotel people were very kind. I'd definitely come back.
