Average experience on stay and food quality is very poor and i have booked room with breakfast but breakfast is not ready at the time of check out.

I can't even explain how bad was the place. It was like a trash can, room was smelling and it was hard to even breath there. Bathrooms were untidy and water pressure was very low, you can't even shower there. Very unhygienic. Rating on mm t and google can't be trusted anymore.

The room is not have ventilation, hotwater facility. They will charge for hot water. Food is okay. Location okay.

It was a great time at the hotel, staff was also polite & friendly, mr. Vicky guided us to the hotel and he a great person he even guided us in planing our local sightseeing. Rooms are clean and well maintained, food also very good and room service is fast

The bathroom was smelly. Ac mcb was tripping frequently. Tv remote was not working and changed after asking for the 3rd time. Poor experience.

Staff was very humble, manegement also experienced and helpful. Room was neat and clean, same goes for toilet and bathroom. Me and my family was felt really comfortable at this property. I strongly suggest this property specially family group.

Cleanliness - 2 ( wall damage and towel and blanket was not good) Tv - 1 maximum time not working Toilet - 0 ( door not closed and water not clear from the floor) Room Service - 5 ( any time available) Behaviour - 5 ( supporting) Overall - 3 ( if room rent Rs.1400-1500 then its good choice as it is near mathura cant railway and also near to market)

Terrible experience, even with mm t options couldn't get an early check in, after 2pm also the checkin was so delayed. The reception staff was so hostile when ordered food even after 2 hours no response and when checked they just mentioned forgot to communicate to kitchen. With an 8 year old kid and myself our only option was to starve as there weren't any nice hotels nearby. There was no water in the washrooms as well. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my enemies.

A good 3 star hotel near agra cannot railway station. We stayed for a day. Foods are available. We ordered breakfast and dinner. Staffs polite and supportive. Our check out time was at 11am but after tajmahal visit, we were late by 2 hours. Mr vikash gupta was supportive and gave us additional time to freshen up and vacate the. Room. Finally, we left the hotel at 1. 30pm.

I stayed in this hotel 28 nova 23. Room was quite specious. Some function was going in hotel but still they arranged room & food too early.

Infrastructure of hotel is good. Hotel suffers from mismanagement. Despite repeated requests help-desk could not manage running hot water. No picture in tv though they have set top box and tv set. I think management should be active to utilise this infrastructure and keep the hotel well-run.

I will rate it below average because bathroom fittings are not working properly and no hot water is available for bathing which annoyed my kids. So i don't recommend this property to my friends/relatives.
