Hospitable staff and great for kids

A very comfortable stay at trident with great rooms and excellent food. The staff is pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. Enough activities and play area for the kids. We have stayed at trident before and will definitely be coming back!

I have stayed in trident mumbai before at least 2-3 times, and while the gratitude and welcoming nature of staff is just the same and full marks for that, i felt something was lacking. For example, the washroom shower didn't work and was not able to give cold water, just hot( didn't complain as didn't have time for it, but this is just some unfortunate incident, secondly till now i haven't got the bill from trident on my email, which is kind of odd. Thirdly, no fresh fruits in the room like before, the breakfast just very normal like any other 5 star property, may be i am comparing a tier-1 city hotel to tier-2 one, thats why. The rooms are all, but i did ask for a bathtub one so that's on me. But would appreciate if a modern renovated one would also have the same. All in all, a good experience, but wanted to share my feedback.

The hotel was nice and service good. We were impressed, but then the restaurant was only average (maybe it was what we ordered, and the room was not perfectly clean. Mostly, our complaint was that they recommended a hotel for our driver, but that was very dirty. 4 out of 5 because of this, though we would have loved to have given it 5.

Had a very comfortable stay at the trident agra! the hotel is very kid friendly and had lots of fun activities for our kid like the magic show, puppet show, kid’s activity area, geese feeding and play area. They even made extra efforts to make our stay comfortable! must recommend for an enjoyable stay at agra!

Extremely hospitable staff. Rooms were neat clean and tidy. Housekeeping staff was available on the first phone ring. Breakfast was not very elaborate but the quality of food was very good. Recreation area for kids and evening activities like magic show, pottery making, kathputli shows were really nice and engaging for kids and family. Kids just loved waffles, pan cakes and doughnuts etc in the breakfast. All in all an excellent place for family vacations.

Nice pleasant stay. Nice food and hospitality. King beds. If you are able to mention the size it will be nice. It was a little too small for the family.

Stayed here for a night. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. They combined 2 twin mattress and wrapped it to look like a queen bed. Not expected from a trident hotel. Breakfast was just normal nothing exceptional. Service was slow. But for a one night stay on a business travel it’s all fine.

We stayed in the property for 2 days and 1 night. It's a beautiful property with well maintained swimming pool, fairy forest ( which the children loved) magic show and puppet show and pottery and very well trained staff. The food was awesome. Overall it was a rejuvenating experience. Definitely recommended for everyone especially family with young children.

The property is really beautiful and has modern elegance with understated luxury. The rooms are a bit let down when you consider the price but the courteous staff and exceptional service makes up for it.

Best hotel to stay in agra. Excellent hospitality. Very friendly staff, delicious food. Ambience is top notch. Make sure to ask for mr pawan mishra in their restaurant, he is a best guy to serve you delicious food.
