Due to unavoidable circumstances i couldn't check in & requested to cancel the booking at least for 1 day. But as per mm t hotel didn't bother the request & not agreed for refund. Being a valued customer mm t should take over the issue, otherwise i have to think to book hotel or others in future thru mm t

I have never seen such a poor and dirty hotel in my life. This hotel was very dirty and smelly. The make my trip should be removed from your list.

Itna bekar hotel maine aj tk kahi nhi dekha. Isse saaf to railway station rehta hai.

Very dirty hotel & and bad behaviour with the client and no security with family stay. Kindly cancel-led agreement with the hotel not sufficient for stay.

1. Bed and mattress are uncomfortable. 2. Toilets/bathroom in dirty condition, no cleanliness. 3. Tv not working only just for show piece 4. No bedsheet/pillow changes, i stay 4 night with 1 bedsheet only.

First of all we haven't even checked in the hotel. It was not at all as described in makemytrip. It was not hygienic. There were rats in the hotel. Not even a single guest was there in the hotel there was also no one present at the reception desk when we went. Totally it was a terrible experience. We have already made the payment in advance through makemytrip which is non-refundable of course. I need to know if you guys would check the standards of the hotels you represent in the app. I need you guys to contact me asap through a phone call not through the app. So that you guys would know what me and my family are feeling right now. So make sure to call me asap to know about our terrible experience.

Ok, the toilet was not cleaned and light was not good. Also so much dust is in this room. The bedsheet was not cleaned and also dust is there. Lock system is not good, can see from out side. No. Thats all try to tell them to improve

This is worst hotel I've ever experienced in my whole life, I even don't consider it as a hotel as it was completely damaged and I think it has never been cleaned since years. On entering into the hotel I saw a street dog laying on one of the beds in the room. The rooms were stinking and the washrooms were horrible.

I had to stay there for the night for business purposes. Very bad experience i had to face here. Bath room was not clean old bed sheet was not changed. Bad sheet looked stained. Totally worse experience

Hotel rooms are very spacious but the cleanliness of the room can be even better I love the staff behaviour hotel location is ok not very good but given the price of rooms, its ok thank you hotel Viren Residency to make my journey comfortable.
