Service is not good. Location is good

Location is good. But problem is there will be no one at reception till 10. 30. So even if we have asked for early check-in (9 am) we have to wait at reception for person to come and do formalities for 1 & half hours. Also building is now old so there are many minor issues in rooms. Hot water is also not available in rooms, they bring it from kitchen.

Not at all cleaning in the room. Too much dust and a very bad smell in the room. Very unhygienic bathroom and towels. It was a very bad experience staying in this hotel.

Receptionist behavior very bad. Also very bad room services. Lots of restrictions for any things. Not good for family trips. Rest all thing ok but very bad experience with me. As facility nothing is there only swinging pool.
