We were there for 3 nights the hotel is clean and the rooms are quite big. Breakfast spread was good but as a 4 star hotel slightly less. 3 restaurant food is good. The hotel is at a great location and the best part was the breakfast spread. They have a rooftop restaurant too which offers great food but has a limited menu. There are many options close by for food. The room was extremely comfortable and staff was helpful. Overall it was a great stay.

Very good, clean and spacious rooms. Liked the decor of the room. Service was excellent. They surprised us with a special diwali cake and sweets. Food was good too. Breakfast spread was awesome

The hotel looks dilapidated and is poorly maintained. Lifts and corridors are dirty and smelling. Food is average. Past it's old efficiency.

The hotel having acknowledged the request for hard mattress bed, could not provide one. No sleep. The room and it's vintage fittings needs a refit. One of the two lifts was not working. The room lock key would not work, gave us alternate room where also key failed to open lock. Finally opened by master key. The following were defective- the wheel chair, the telephone, the fridge, the door keys. The rooms require deep cleaning. Not expected of itc. Would not recommend. The staff were very polite and helpful. They knowing these shortcomings were doing their level best

The hotel is undoubtedly one of the best in terms of the hospitality they extend. The staff, right from the security guard at the entrance to the smiling faces and courteous semblance of staff at reception, and the restaurant staff, all exude so much positivity and sweetness. I stay at this property often and they never cease to please and take utmost care. They even note and remember my food choice, medical complications i had for which i needed specific food. Next comes the food- both quality and quantity of the buffet is commendable. They give numerous options in breakfast and try to customize as needed. I have stayed at several high end properties across different chains of hotels but can definitely vouch for fortune landmark for its food taste. Additionally, they also have a liquor permit shop which is an advantage to get alcohol permit. This makes purchase of liquor easy for visitors. Highly recommended.

Great service! vintage stay! good location but too old of a property for this price. Room phones dont work. Bed linens stained! not at all a peaceful sleep.
