Very very old property. Lift was all not working properly. The breakfast which was complementary had only paratha, poha and bread. Pathetic stinking rooms. Not justified the price.

Convenient location of hotel on c g road with good connectivity to all parts of the city. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in center of the city this will be a good choice

Paid 4500 for a night. Got hot water in a bucket. No coffee maker in the room. No concierge. Strongly don't recommend.

The room's ac does not work. There is no staff washroom flush was not working so had to change the room. Lighting in the room is poor charging port not working tv not working paid for ac room yet ac was not working. Couldn't sleep properly for the whole night. Room wasn't cleaned in my 2 night stay.

The appearance of the hotel and the restaurant is not good but the room was very good. The main attraction is the location because we can enjoy shopping since it is in the heart of the city. 4 nights I stayed here. 2 days I got internet and the rest didn't get. I complained about it but no use.

The photos of bedroom may disguise. Check what you are booking. Also the room are poor with aged furniture. Overall the photos that you see while booking are really well madeup. The reception, passage and overall experience of hotel was not as expected from the photos seen online.

Tap valve is loose, lift not working, AC leaks water in room and insufficient cooling, smell of cigarettes in room and bedsheets. Awful reception and overcharged. Door lock always needed to be opened by calling room service. The hotel looks great from outside, but is awful and not maintained from inside.
