Located on highway service road. The room is good and cozy, though size is small. Neat furniture. Food was good. Hotels main focus is on meetings and wedding's.

Hotel is not according to photos shown, also not having proper staff not providing valet parking bathroom accessories not available in bathroom bath room door also broken after requesting they come in 2 hours not even 2 star we can give only 1 star category rude behavior of employees

Stay is good actually whole day i was busy for my work outside only come in night sleep and early morning again go outside busy with work but over all good experience, cleaning little bit have to improve plumbing part also need, staff is good.

Location is good, between ahmedabad and gandhinagar. Room size small, otherwise amenities are good. Rooms clean, good washrooms.

Bedsheets are not clean. Shampoo and body shower was not standard. Towels are not new and well maintained. Interior was very third class. Washroom and bathroom is not well maintained. Service was like 2 star hotels.

Near airport and pathetic room service and AC does not working properly and very small room not happy with room service at all

The room size is very small and has not been maintained well. washroom light was also not working, and the food taste is also very bad.

Actually i was booked this hotel without looking any review or anything else but just i trust on makemytrip and hotel hill view so i was booked one night there. Where i was gone there i look too much facilities like at the time service. Helping staff. On call service. Everything was too much good and really really i like hotel hill view too much and i promise whenever i'll plan for staying at bhuj i'll visit again hotel hill view

Very bad room no cleanness. I booked for dinner buffet but for 3 days they gave me a small paper mentioning 5 items and she asked me to select from those staff said we don’t have much occupancy so we do not have buffet in the same context i requested for the room upgrade as the rooms shown in the images are totally different actual during that time manager mentioned, sorry sir we cannot upgrade as it’s a season time and our occupancy is full. Other day i switched in the tv i found it not recharged i requested for the support and at 11:00 person reached and asked what happened sir i explained it again then he said ok sir i will send someone. Till today it is not recharged.

Showing two locations, each one in two different directions. Word, airport in name is confusing. Sent me to someone else’s room. Mine and other guests key’s were not working. Unhygienic toilets, chairs and beds.

It was pleasure to live in germane palace with awesome room service. Water bottles should be refilled by them. They are forgetting about water.
