I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was not clean, and there was no water supply in the morning. I had to check out without being able to take a shower, which was extremely inconvenient. This was the worst experience i've had at a hotel. I do not recommend staying here.

Washroom is not upto the mark. Their is big rat in a room. Blanket has minor wear and tear condition. No dental kit available. Their is water shortage due which i cant get prep up and even cant enjoy the jazcuzzi. Its wast of my money.

Food facility not there. Wc was not fixed to ground fully. Tap was coming out while opening it. No proper ventilation in room. Liquid soap dispensers not working. Staff is totally untrained. Overall experience bad. Never thought that make my trip may have such hotels in their list.

My experience with this hotel was totally disgusting. Starting from my arrival the staffs were absolutely rude. Their hotel manager does not have a single knowledge of English as he was insulting his guest. They did not know how to treat a guest and does not have any respect on it. Dirty room. Rude and unknowledgeable hotel Manager. No bathroom amenities were provided. Manager along with staffs were un-educated. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Does not recommend for anyone.

The hotel was very bad also the staff was irritating hotel charge me extra money for just 1 hour late also i was told that if i book hotel then i ill b not treated well because they don’t get money. It was very bad experience.

Hotel rooms are not clean properly, toilet jet spray not working water is not coming in the morning unprofessional staff rooms not clean daily. I don't click photos. I told the hotel staff regarding complaint

Small room without proper lock on door

the room was very small. no lock was there on door. Soap or body wash was not allowed to be used in bathroom. Also, they charged 500- for early check in. very terrible experience. TV and AC were also not working properly.

Due to water tank damage hotel's service are not provided water. Even we did not use water for washroom. Please tane a look in to it.
