Terrible stay

We reached at 12:30 am and the reception didn't open the door after hearing that we have booked from mmt. Pathetic experience.

Not following safety

Room is too dirty, no one using mask, not following any safety measures, they provide following amenities like ac, attached washroom, but ac is not working and water is not coming in washroom, staff is not supporting, they all are too rude,
