Very disappointing experience

It was a budget stay and staff were helpful. Although we had a bad experience while staying as they started renovating work while we were occupying the room and shifted our luggage without prior information about it. On top of it arranged the alternate room for us which did not even have a door to washroom and was not at all clean. This was at 10 pm at night and we had to move because of the same reason along with the kid we had. This was a very negative experience.

The property location is central and the property can be easily located. The service of the staff was good and ammenities provided were sufficient. The staff was co-operative and helpful.

I am happy to stay at shrimad hotel throgh mmt. Mmt is such a nice in hospitality. Nice care and hospitality by the hotel staff. Cleaning and hygine was well maintained.

My stay in hotel shrimad was too good because the guy chirag he and his team was so much cooperative and they managed very well, whatever we asked for they arranged those as soon as possible. Their response time was very quick. Cooperative team helpful, they guided us whatever we asked for. So overall my experience was too good

I don't want to stay till 9 september, i just want to stay till 8 sep only but your support is so bad. I couldn't get any support from makemytrip as well as from hotel. Just no-one talked to me from your side. Worst experience ever from makemytrip. Really it's very shameful for you. You must improve your customer support. I'm totally disappointed & upset. Very bad job makemytrip ! i'll tell my friends not to book anything from your app. I have a huge friend circle so i'll tell to all of them.

An average hotel, but good location

Pros: 1. Spacious room 2. The staff is decent and food 3. Good location 4. Menu prices are decent, not overpriced cons: 1. The room was not fresh 2. Bedsheets, pillow covers are already used 3. No geyser, no shampoo provided 4. The minerals water bottle was already opener overall a decent stay due to its good location.

Location good, but not suited for couples

I stayed there with y wife, but the facilities were not that good, especially the bathroom. The taps were not operating properly and leaking. Light switches were also not working. I paid about 2000 rupees, but it was certainly way below that level. Most of the other guests were bachelors. People were kind, but not much staff. I felt more as staying in a bachelor's room. However, good for any male travel-ling alone or with male friends.

Location is good as it is just beside gtu. Also eating places are nearby. Service is good just got some trouble for hot water. It gets too late to get hot water.

Hotel gives room on hourly basis to unmarried couples. Therefore the condition of hotel is worse. Traveling with family to this hotel is a big no.

The bed was pathetic. There was no provision for twin beds. Ac in the room could not be controlled by remote, in fact there was no remote and we could not find a switch to switch it off. The bathroom was basin was leaking water to the floor. The hose of toilet spray was short.
