Had a wonderful stay at hotel silver heights. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

It's my 2nd visit in this hotel. During 2nd visit the breakfast hall is changed and is small compared to first visit. Items were also less as compared to first visit. Overall stay and meal and hospitality is very good. There is no problem in stay. Stay is comfortable and food is good.

A not that bad kind of hotel. Rooms are small, furnishings are slightly old. Not much spread for breakfast.

I had kept some money in the locker. On the date of checkout when i tried to open the locker, it didn't open with my password. Upon calling the reception, they opened it but the locker was empty. According to them they checked their cctv but couldn't find anything.

Staff was professional and polite, specially the guy handling luggage. On my request they changed my double bed to king bed which was very helpful. Room was small but was ok. Bathroom is disappointing, super small and uncomfortable. There was water logging happening in all outlets. Location is good. Overall good to average ratings

It was a fantastic experience staying in hotel silver heights. The property is in a prime area, providing all basic needed items like toiletries, towels, shaving kits etc. Clean rooms and courteous staff support whenever required. Food is also good. Highly recommended

Room was booked for 3 adults and 1 children, at higher rates for two beds, but only one bed was provided, room was very small, hot water is not at all hot.
