Hyatt was full because of two cricket teams staying with them. Buzzing with noise and activities around them. Still, staff was courteous and serving with a smile. Front desk was prompt and helpful.

Don't spent extra for river vie

If you are looking for a spectacular view of river then it's an average from this hotel. Service little slow, food is also average. Rest rooms are nice with all basic facilities, cleanliness, etc. And location wise it's just in center of all the attractions of ahemdabad.

I was advised a upgrade at an addition of 3000 rs to club class the room was hot and air conditioning failed. It was hot at 1 am a pedestal fan was given was very noisy by morning the room started leaking and was slippery. Wanted refund but team hyatt was not helpful

Washroom was uncleaned!unhygienic hairs were all around the sink and fully jammed with dirt inside it!

The room was very good as shown in the photos. They even upgraded our room category to suite as we were traveling with a kid and no non smoking room was available. The bfast buffet was amazing but the buffet dinner was very so - so. Thus a 4 rating out of 5.

I can say my second home at ahmedabad.

I had a 1 night stay at hyatt regency. It was a business trip & for transit purposes i chose this hotel as it’s the closest 5 star hotel to ahmedabad airport. Also it’s on ashram road so it’s close to many other must visit places in ahmedabad. From check-in to check-out i had no complaints. The room, bathroom & the everything in the hotel was super clean & hygienic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast & dinner buffet was great and had a very good options. The staff even offered to serve other items that were not in the buffet (even though i didn’t ask for it, they offered to pack a little meal & beverages for me when i was checking out (again without being asked by me. Not a single thing to complain about. Looking forward to book this the next time whenever i get a chance.

Excellent location, river view is very nice. Nice food. Rarely i see home style food preparation and it was prepared nicely.

They charged me 5000 inr extra saying the room i booked is not ready and they will shift me to another room. I complaint them against this but unfortunately nothing happened. Charging 5000 inr for same room was completely not acceptable
