Stay was excellent but they give preference to localities and nri. Please take care when you travel to the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at itc narmada. The staff were welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was ideal, close to local attractions. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and i would definitely return on my next visit to ahmedabad. Highly recommended!

Luxury hotel very clean spacious and courteos team. Food was tasty with many varities to offer. All assistance was immediate. The check in and check out was also very smooth. Beautiful place the tall lobby is truly an architecture aesthetic

Beautiful hotel for beautiful people. Staff is friendly and supportive, you will be greeted at every point. Food is great and delicious, taste is very elegant and delightful. Room stay is comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Lot of amenities are well equipped. Must recommend to everyone.

Great hospitality. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at hotel past midnight they were accommodative and permitted us to utilise the prepaid dinner next day. Rooms are nice, spacious and very comfortable.

Dirt furniture and poor air quality

The ambience and rooms are beautiful as well as the hospitality, however the cleanliness of mattress, stool, chairs and the air quality of the room is very poor. I suffered with nose, throat infection due to the dust in the room.

Food and service needs to be improved

Service and food not upto itc standards. We had food in the andalj restaurant. Extremely lazy staff and food not great. Also quantity served is way less compared to itc in bangalore.

I had a wonderful experience at itc! manisha's warm welcome and the surprise cake made a great impression. The spacious room in tower one added to my comfort, and ms. Nirmal provided an exceptional spa experience. The attentive service at the pool and sauna further enhanced my stay. Overall, it seems like everything came together for an awesome visit!
