It is one of the best hotel in ahmedabad at a very prominent location and well connected. Just a suggestion to upgrade the tv units to smart as nowadays there is been significant shift towards ott apps and digital content.

Hotel ambience is very good. Staff is very friendly and cooperative and decent. Rooms are neat and clean and it's comfortable like home. Breakfast was delicious and there is a good variety of food. Pool is clean and beautiful. I love to stay here. It's our second stay but the shampoo and conditioner is bad it damaged my hairs. Overall experience was good. Pls change your bathroom accessories like shampoo conditioner and body lotion.

Stay at novotel was not up too mark w. R. T hotel rating and price we pay. Jet spray was not working in washroom. After informing staff i need non smoking room still they have given smoking room which was stinking.

Hotel is old, dirty and stinks

The hotel room in the picture looked big but there wasn’t enough space the room was too small. There was no good food too. The dinner buffet menu didn’t change for two days. The quality is food is not what is expected from a 5 star property. We booked the property because they promised an early check in but upon reaching the hotel they refused to give an early check in and charged 7k extra for an early check in

Had called for early check-in 2 days back and had mentioned will get it mostly. But didn't get early check-in. Also reception was kind of rude, no courtsey for not informing, causing any inconvenience. Rooms were ok but washroom was just decent, seems quite old.
