Perfect place to stay very good atmosphere and very good staff, definitely recommend to stay in this property i have just re-tuned from a long weekend in rome, staying at the wonderful hotel pinacle grand. From the welcome when we arrived to the moment we left our stay was faultless. Rooms are modern and well equipped, housekeeping is exemplary. Breakfast was a treat with a good range of things to eat, excellent coffee and smiley faces on all the staff. The restaurant was the same with high quality food accompanied by friendly staff. The facilities at this hotel are first class but it is the staff and their understanding of true hospitality that makes this hotel stand out as exceptional. Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay.

Hotel pinnacle grand is my go-to place in ahmedabad as i travel frequently. The hotel is very accommodating with good food and helping staff. Look forward to further stay at the hotel when i return.

Pleasant stay. The housekeeping staff was very good and co operative. Room service was quick and prompt. Also the food was very tasty. Overall a nice stay.

The staff was very bad they charged us for linen which is basic for hotels, we checked in late as it was work visit i have stayed in taj and oberoi brands and i highly regret choosing this even for one night wasn’t worth

Front desk lady was very rude. I guess she is wrong profession she don’t know how to talk with the guest. About rooms - rooms were clean and well maintained.

I recently spent 3 nights in this property along with several of my colleagues for a business conference. Locationwise, it is close to the airport as also the malls and but it is a little far from the centre of the city. The staff is courteous, rooms are spacious enough and of course sparkling clean ( you can t expect less at those prices ! the ambience though is great. There are lovely reflecting pools and green landscaping with great views from the 3 or 4 rooms i saw. The toiletries are top of the line. The free breakfast is adequate but not great. However the bakery items( croissants, danish pastry and in particular the banana bread ) were delicious. One drawback though is that the hotel appears to be built in 3 blocks - one residential block, one block for lobby, restaurants etc and one for conferences. Perhaps for security reasons the blocks are linked only at one level which led to difficulties in navigation the first day.

I have book one double bed room but they allot me room which was attached with another room by single door. Bad thing is that the other room occupiers smoking and smell comes in our room. Not only that the conversation was literally audible, which make feel that i stay in lodge. So really matter need to be looked in to by management. Because we spend money for good service. So need to improve. So feel average.

Pinnacle Grand stay was comfortable with all amenities duly provided. The location of the property is ideal, near to SG highway, yet enough distance away so that the noise and auto pollution does not affect. Very good sleeping comfort makes ideal for any guest who wants to relax. All in all a preferred property worth suggesting to others and staying for self👏
