Wonderful experience in stay here. The staff are very polite and cooperative. Food quality is also very good. Location wise it is one of the prime locations. I would recommend staying here for business and family trips.

We were really pleased with our stay at the pride plaza as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. The staff are very good, especially the reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Food was very average with respect to price they are charging. Bfast buffet was limited. Air conditioner was not working properly. Property is quite old. Staff are untrained. Welcome drink k nam per paani dediya after asking twice.

It was a terrible check in i have to wait for about 2 hrs in lobby as per hotel staff the whole hotel was occupied i have been travel-ling since 30 yrs and stayed in all 5stars across but this was very bad experience of check in their house keeping is very poor even you need to call them for a bath towel three times over all poorest hotel services

Rooms not upto the mark, service slow, no proper rooms, good thing of the hotel was it allows outside food to be allowed now which was earlier not allowed, bath tubs in the room but not upto the mark
