I booked non ac room by mistake, but i requested him to fir ac room with extra payment. But ac room not available. He told me he will arrange in one hour. But he didn't arrange ac room. Then i was stuck there in non ac room. Very bad experience.

Your service is very bad. I was going to file a case against you in the consumer court. You people know how to take money but you do not know how to give service.

i booked that hotel after that receptionist is sayingGive us 150 rs cash .when i booked then y he saying for more money.bathroom locks r not working.

Location was bit inside, hard to find as it was in the under construction bldg. But after entering the 4th floor, it seems that they have converted a complete floor into hotel. But the overall stay was very good. As the owner has personal attention to evryone. Very courteous. Very friendly.

Nice and clean rooms. Staff is good and very supportive. Service is good. Don't go on the outer look of the building as this hotel is on 4th floor. Lift is available. Inside it's clean and well maintained. Room is small but can accommodate 2 aaramse. Overall cleanliness of the hotel, passage, rooms, washrooms is very good and hygienic. Staff is polite and supportive.
