I had booked executive suite the phones were not working properly. Bathtub was damaged its coating was coming out which was cauding great discomfort. Bathrobs were not available. Food at the restaurent is not making the standard of 5 star.

Good hotel food is good hotel having swimming pool and lots of items for eating and all items are so tasty they provided 2 litres bottle as i m not seeing any other hotel can provide the 2 l bottle. Bath tub is not working.

Smelly rooms with cockroaches in bathrooms, badly maintained and unkempt upholstery. In addition the bed was shaky and the hot water shower didn’t work

Big shop and no quality.

Apart from the convenience of living near the airport to catch an early morning flight there is nothing special special to write home about. The food was inordinately expensive and not cooked well atall. The lower staff was always looking for fat tips and generally not too modest.

Location very good right next to airport. Most of the hotel is clean and majestic. Except for the terrible room floor passages. Carpets very dirty and smelly. Feel like running away. But once you enter the room it’s again comfortable and gives a good feeling. Beds very comfortable. Too many wooden items difficult to operate including wardrobe. Water flow was erratic. Overall experience just good at that price. Food excellent - dinner as well as breakfast

Ideally located this property is near airport and in the heart of city. Gandhinagar is easily accessible. Rooms and common areas are spacious and beautiful. Food layout for breakfast was excellent and mouthwatering. Good to stay, will stay again if at ahmedabad.

Over all good experience. Location very close to ahmedabad airport. Properly is good and reasonably maintained, even though old one. Food was good. Only one issue we faced was there was no response before and after the stay when we called on the phone numbers provided in booking confirmation. Prior to stay, we could get the airport pick-up arranged only with help of makemytrip’s support
