Terrible Stay

Worst hotel. This hotel is totally horrible. I am staying at lots of hotels but it's the first time my luggage is stolen in the hotel room. After these incidents when i am discussed with the manager he misbehaves & arruge with me & he gives excuses. He told the hotel cleaning person to see the earbuds in the wardrobe. My question is why he opening my wardrobe.

Luggage is stolen in the hotel

In my history, the first time happened when material was stolen in the hotel room, this hotel is not safe, a very bad experience. When i am sharing the issue with the hotel manager he totally argues with me.

Clean and good rooms, but location is a problem. Very out of the way. Location on 3rd floor only. Staff is supportive, but 24 hr service not available. So book accordingly. Overall recommended

Hotel rooms are not as per hotel prices. Breakfast only two items. Not value for money. Same price range you can get good hotels.

Terrible Stay

Unfortunately, the booking was for residents of india only which i only realised at check in! i couldn't cancel the booking directly and sadly make my trips customer services automated system wouldn't give me the options to speak to someone about cancel-ling and getting a refund therefore i had to quickly find another hotel and wasted money with the booking. Doubt i'll ever be using make my trip again and certainly wouldn't recommend it for nris!

me& my wife stayed 26 jan we believe it's Treebo group hotel but it's shocked after checkin it's shows OYO and wash room, bed rom, intercom n TV display all showing OYO. we faced many issue even we already highlight to customer team. 1. Room are not kept clean before check in 2. kept all used & local glass n pet water bottle 3. Pan & Gutka stain marks all wall corner 4 . Rest room not clean. no hot water, poor n dirty many more but simple saying it's not Treebo std and not family or business stay hotel.

Rooms are not good and service is also not provided as promised. I called multiple times for cleaning but in my 3 days stays they did not clean my room.
