Hotel room is okay! but room service is not good! we asked for complimentary breakfast, we were told that they don’t have restaurant and will serve breakfast from outside hotel! morning we were served ice cold idlis, cold sambar, heavy oily ( oil with bad smell) a loo paratha ! also tea served was not hot ! spoiled our mood in the morning inspite of paying advance money! i will not recommend this hotel at all !

I'm not happy with the stay, room was not in not condition, not hygienic, smelling bad, ac below 16 is not working, bedsheet was not clean, i guess it was used before and not cleaned, staff was good and cooperative, but i'm not satisfied with the stay feel like wasted my money, left within 4 hours

Happy with my stay at rose gold hotel. Rooms looks really good & clean. Beds are comfortable. Hot water is there. Bathroom was big and clean. All things were working as it supposed to. So many options are there nearby to eat outside.

Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Need to provide more variety for food. Break fast was horrible.

Hotel rooms are nice but only to be disturbed by power failures whole night no service by hotel staff breakfast is served in room on request and it comes cold as ice no staff in hotel no parking space its a nightmare

Rooms are big and clean. Bathroom shower kept on centre always wet. Only half litter water provided per person even for tea coffee. To pay for additional water. Normal water not provided.

I was traveling with a toddler and the amazing people at this hotel made my stay so extremely comfortable. The people are courteous and the hotel is very clean and hygienic. The food is extremely amazing. Enjoyed the stay very very much. The room service is very quick and i had requested special non spicy simple food for my toddler which they without any hassle provided. Very happy with my stay.

Was a good hotel. All new tiles, furniture and fittings. Very clean. But no in-house restaurant. So no tea no breakfast. Otherwise a good hotel.

very neat and clean hotel . pure vegetarian food is available which is of best quality. staff is very polite . area is prime and in the surrounding you have cafe, sweet mart , shopping , medical etc . recommended to stay .
