Location writ my work is good, but interiors are useless. Imagine a bucket n mug is kept in toilet n no tap in the toilet shower area. Only a shower on top. Which hotel has this concept ! ordered 2 roti for dinner, they cut one roti in 2 pcs n say it’s 2 roti

Emerald hotel in aizawl is undoubtedly the best hotel in aizawl for its service and professionalism. Well trained stuff and good quality food with a very neat and clean rooms. Easily a 5 out of 5 star.

Expensive place for limited quality

Had to shift room 2 times because first room had broken shower handle and dirty towels. Second room had a broken tv. 3rd room had electrical problems but were fixed. Breakfast only has chicken sausage and potato. That's it. Very limited breakfast. They charge upwards for room which is more expensive. Doesn't make sense. Charging too high for a product with limited features.

Room is very small as per the price and in between the room there is piller which is very problematic, also there is no such choice is breakfast and front office stuff also not so supportive i have complain them regarding the piller in room but they ignore me

The room was quite small specially the price they were charging, the room was about 150 sq feet but due poor construction its size was reduced to less then 100 sq feet.

Bad experience. Ac didn't work for full day and night. Its was difficult to stay there. There was no variety in breakfast.

Value for money, location, rooms, food and staff behaviour was very good and helpfull. English is well spoken and understood. Located in well developed locality and easily connected to other areas.

Very good hotel, spacious rooms. Have all basic amenities to stay happily. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Best part is you will get quality food.

Was good stay and service was good. Breakfast was good though most of the time we were out for work but it was a short sweet stay. Rooms were tiny but clean space and i was wondering if there was kettle in the room or not but luckily it was there as i need warm water n an f tea early morning.

Hopeless hotel

The service was horrible. No response from the reception for room services. They provided stinky damp blankets and did not change even after request. The telecom was not working and did not do anything about it even after complaining to the reception. There was no hot water in the bathroom even after request to check it. This honestly is the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had in my entire life

We were dependent on the hotel for food as there was no food joints nearby. The food was too bad in taste and the menu had limited options.
