Affordable and decent rooms. Customer service at its best. Very friendly staff specially at reception. Although housekeeping could use some improvement. But i would still give them a 10/10 and would visit again if i get a chance. Wonderful experience

Location is good. Very good service was provided. Fooding ok. It was nice experience to stay there. Cleanliness is fine. News paper is also made available. Good value for money.

Pathetic room quality and service

Rooms were not maintained commensurate to the price of the room, there were spider webs on the bed pillow and side chair. Room bathroom had open glass windows easily accessible for view from outside. Landline phone in the room was not functional. Rooms service was also terrible as the staff took lot to time to attend to basic stuff.

Hotel is conveniently located close to all amenities. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. The only bad side was the mattress as it was very bouncy/springy. For the price i paid, it was an absolute bargain.

Behavior of hotel staff and location cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. It is very near to railway station and bus stand and situated at prime location.

No wifi on 5th floor, rooms were having strong smell of fresh paint and that was not at all pleasant.

No cups for tea, complimentary water bottles were not replaced next day. Bathroom was dirty. No dustbin, tea cattle were in room later the provided on demand. Room plaster and paint was horrible
