We took two rooms, in that one room was in good condition and other room had full of baby cockroaches and some insects. They don’t maintain the room conditions proactively is what i felt.

I had to wait for more then 1 and half hour with my family at the time of check in outsidecthe hotel. I was at 12 which was check in time and at 1. 30 pm when i called mmt they told he is lying, then i proved to the executive, wat happened to it

Hotel is situated very near to the main gate of dargah shareef. The facility of the hotel was extremely excellent, specially the front view of my room was giving mesmerising view of akbar masjid. The staff was polite and and special thanks to mr, hemant. Definitely would love to visit the same place again if i will be charged the nominal amount like this time, price varies because of the occasional dates from down to hight in a single day. So i suggest, do not book the hotel before confirming everything about your room from the hotel reception via call before you pay the confirmation amount. Rest everything was smooth. We enjoyed our stay.

Little miscommunication

Mm t doesn't inform the hotel on time as conveyed by hotel staff so during the time of check-in hotel was overlooked, still they manage to provide a night stay in other hotel and next morning they shifted back with room upgrade. Overall pleasant stay and cooperative staff. Special mention of mr. Naved owner of hotel who personally address our issue and solve promptly.

People whose intentions are to come solely for dargah visit/ziyarat should opt for this hotel. Its proximity, cleanliness, food and hospitality are great. Just make sure you get a room facing the road. That is my take away.
