The hotel is not as clean as it looks in the images. In fact the rooms are so bad that there are rats and cockroaches all around. It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The location is good staff is so friendly and the hotel is neat and clean but room service is not good and required room maintenance. Overall good service.

They showing many facilities in listing but you get there nothing. They don't have proper towel and washroom also very dirty and there is a smell all around the room. They give a towel with big three hole in it and when we ask to change it. They said we have this only. Terrible experience I ever had.

Poor facilities while booking clearly mentioned, hot water is available but don't even have geyser or solar system for hot water. Poor room service. Intercom is there but no one responds. It's far from dargah. Better to skip this hotel. You will get better hotels than this near dargah with lesser price.

I booked AC room, but the hotel agent at first said to stay in NON AC room for few hours due to cleaning, but he was not willing to provide me AC room. I checked in the hotel at 12PM, and he provided me AC room at night 9pm after too much verbal discussion. As we know Ajmer is hot and humid, so he spoiled my trip.

Mineral water chargeable. Hotel rooms not cleaned properly by housekeeping. Blankets not replaced. Dirty door mats. Hot water facility not available for Bath in our room. Best part was only Hotel lock near to Dargah and railways Station.
