Located near the railway station within 5 minutes distance. Easy to approach. Food was affordable and great. All facilities are working under good conditions and newly renovated. Calm places. Good room service. Overall stay was great. Highly recommended.

Very poor housekeeping, not maintained room cleaning properly, room was smelly very poor. Bed is not proper cleaning, and not given any amenities as per booking.

Excellent location. Walking distance from ajmer railway station of about 10 mins. More so, the rooms were pristine clean staff behavior and service excellent, and food from their extremely decorated restaurant was good and decently priced.

The staff was borderline criminal. The hotel was almost empty and on the last night of our stay, someone (most likely staff from little of what i heard) was trying to forcefully open our room's door by pushing it hard multiple times. Luckily we had the door latched. If i wasn't awake or if the door was not latched, maybe they might have tried to steal something. If you're visiting with your family, i advise you to find a safer hotel.

The room was clean, although it needed to be replenished with condiments and soap etc. Water was not very warm at all. The flush needs to be replaced immediately else, hnm will lose previous water. The food and quantity and quality was pretty good. Mr rajesh ( front office ) is always 5 stars out if 5

Location is off railway station road. Bit far from dargah sharif. Breakfast was good and room was good. Parking entrance is quite congested, chances of damage for big cars. Rest all good.

Geyser was not working. After a long wait it was resolved. Ac cooling was none. Kettle was not working. In bathroom there was no place to keep towel (rod) which should have been there.

Location wqs good enough. But then the service was absolutely big no, the restaurant has no information about the guest, service quality is absolutely poor
