Not satisfied with the MMT and hotel

Due to some problem with MMT, we got worst room of the hotel, bathroom was pathetic, check in was not given at the time of arrival, check out done before checking time . Not satisfied with MMT and hotel.

After booking 3 rooms and paying the total cost for 3 rooms around 5. 5k, the hotel owner denied to a lot the rooms. I was with my 1 year infant and parents for 2 hours 30 minutes in the hot sunlight. The owner acts like a boss, no courtesy, no kindness. After travelling for 8 hours from Bangalore to Ajmer, this owner made me struggle. Thanks to makemytrip for coordinating, but still MMT took 2 hours to resolve the issue. Rooms are very small and not clean. Food and location is okay.

It's only cheated and nothing service is very poor

I book deluxe AC room but when I was check-in they give me non AC room dust here and there cleanness is very poor, it's only cheated with us and nothing please don't go there. Overall if you go here you waste your money and nothing.

Everything was nice. People are very friendly. Its located infront of Dargha Sharif. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Food is good and room service is awesome. They also provide vehicles for sightseeing. Nice stay!
