Good clean room and clean bathroom. No bag rack in the room. Appoach to hotel lobby from the street was not convenient. All in all a good stay.

Had a good experience. The property is well within the city and has good connectivity. Special appreciation for frontdesk staff - mr ashish bhandari and mr. Manoj for a smooth check-in and their support throughout my stay. The hotel guards were also very supportive. The food quality can be more better in terms of taste and presentation.

Bad : 1) only one room key is given in double occupancy room. Second key request was also denied. So had to access lift and room with the help of staff couple of times in one night stay. Entrance is very small for car to get in. 5th floor lounge is not ready. So very limited option for food. Good : food was very delicious in the restaurant. Breakfast was also good. Room was good and comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Though was was a stain in the bedsheet of room. Staff were helpful

Hotel was clean staff was not train and unprofitable we ask for extra key the guy in reception was rude and argument for key we said that we book hotel for brand name person reply it's not brand it's depend on owner usaly if you go to any hotel we have two keys but they don't check out there is no staff to assist the luggage brekfast was ok ok.

Hotel location is great with all amenities present inside the hotel. Food is great with a lot of variety. They also arranged our visit to dargah which was hassle free without any problems.
